We will contact you using the email address provided here in the event that
there is a problem with the file being sent. Please enter one email address
only.
Send me an email receipt
If you select “Yes,” we will send you a computer-generated receipt once the
file has been successfully transferred. Automatic notification is sent to your
sales representative regardless of the option you choose here.
Ad to run in
Select the paper(s) in which your ad will run. Automatic notification of the
ad’s arrival will be sent to the appropriate production department based on
your choice.
Section of paper
Select the section of the paper in which your ad will run. Automatic notification
the ad’s arrival will be sent to the appropriate production department based
on your choice.
Publishing date of ad
Choose the publication date on which your ad is scheduled to run. If you do
not see the date you require, please contact your sales representative.
Optimized for Press
Select “Yes” if you created your PDF file using the “Optimized for Press” setting
is Adobe Acrobat Distiller. This setting creates the best PDF for our printing
process, and ensures that your fonts are embedded into the PDF file. If your
file was created using some other setting or you do not know, please make the
appropriate selection and contact your sales representative. We may require
extra time to process your file.
All graphics are CMYK
Select “Yes” if all of the graphics used in the creation of your file are in
CMYK format. Artwork pulled directly from the Web (or created in some graphics
applications) will be in RGB format, and will not print correctly. If you used
Web graphics or do not know, open each piece of artwork in an editing application
such as Adobe Photoshop, change the color mode to CMYK and re-save the file.

This file is a NEW ad
Choose this selection if this is first time you are sending the ad for publication.
This file APPENDS a previously sent file
Choose this selection if the file will be added to a previously sent file. Because
you cannot edit PDF files, check with your sales representative before sending
a file to append versus a replacement file.
This file REPLACES a previously sent file
Choose this selection when a file previously sent is no longer valid, and you
need it replaced with what you are sending now.

Click the “Browse” button and navigate to the file you wish to send. Double-click
the file or click “OK” once you find the file. Make certain there are no special
characters (such as *, ?, !, #, etc.) and that the file name is no longer than
30 characters.

Use this area to provide us any information we may need to process the file,
such as ad agency name, alternate contact information, a description of the
file (movie, artist or event name) or issues of which the design department
may need to be aware.
